Our in-house draughting team has access to all major CAD platforms, but primarily works in AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Vectorworks, and SketchUp, allowing us to develop accurate models from sketches, reference imagery, or existing design files.
We provide:

- Full construction drawing packs for review and sign-off prior to manufacture
For clients seeking a fully integrated approach, we offer complete design-and-build services. This allows our materials expertise and fabrication knowledge to inform decisions from the earliest design stages, reducing risk and improving build efficiency.
FINISHING
Exceptional workmanship and controlled finishes are central to everything we produce.
Our in-house finishing facility allows us to colour-match to any Pantone, RAL, Dulux reference, or physical sample. We deliver finishes ranging from high-gloss and metallic coatings to specialist scenic paintwork across timber, metal, plastics, and composite substrates.
A climate-controlled spray booth with oven curing ensures consistent, high-quality results and reliable turnaround times. Samples are provided throughout the process so finishes can be approved with confidence before full production.
Workshop capabilities
Carpentry & CNC
Large-format CNC routing and machining, heated hydraulic veneer and laminate pressing, and 3D printing.
Materials include Medite, plywood, hardwoods, veneers, plastics, acrylics, solid surface materials, and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass, and copper, with full joinery and finishing carried
out in-house.
Engineering
MIG and TIG welding for bespoke structures in steel, aluminium, brass, and other metals, supporting both temporary installations and reusable systems.
Paint shop
Dedicated spray booth with oven curing and drying. Specialists in premium finishes including
high-gloss, metallics, lacquers, and ultra-fine emulsions.
Test builds & storage
Flexible workshop space for test builds and pre-assembly. Over 5,000 sq ft of dry storage available for client projects.
